Bob’s extraordinary 30+ years' experience in retail real estate as both a retailer and developer has provided him with unparalleled expertise and an acute sensitivity to the retailer's needs. He is a founding principal of Boos Development Group, Inc., and serves as the company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

David joined the company soon after its inception and maintains responsibility for all aspects of development including: feasibility, due diligence, planning, entitlements, and construction. His areas of expertise lie in retail, residential, and industrial development, and he sits on the board of the USGBC Gulf Coast Chapter.

Gene serves as Senior Vice President of Boos Development Group. Gene has 20 years of experience in outside sales, the last 12 years with Nike, Inc. Gene’s areas of concentration are Client Development and real estate acquisitions.Gene is part of the Boos’ Senior Management Team and works out of the corporate office in Clearwater.
