Boos Development Group is a privately held, family owned, managed, and operated Real Estate Development Company, founded in 1997. The Company is headquartered in Clearwater, Florida with regional offices in North Carolina and California and acquisition offices in select markets in Florida. Boos Development Group has a long history of specializing in single tenant retail Real Estate Services that include Fee Development, Build to Suit and Ground Leases, as well as development of Grocery-Anchored shopping centers, and Residential Land/Lot Development. The focus of the company is Real Estate Development Services for major national retailers & medical users across the United States as well as land & infrastructure development delivering finished lots for a very targeted and select group of National homebuilders.
