Robert B. "Rob" Boos

Rob brings an extensive background of real estate development experience to the company spanning almost 35 years. Rob serves as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer and along with his father Bob, Rob is a co-founding principal of the Company. Rob's primary responsibility is the management and oversight of the day-to-day real estate, development and financial functions within the Company as well as long range strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Florida State University College of Business and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
