Curt Neel

Curt serves as a Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Boos Development and is responsible for overseeing Boos’ corporate accounting and banking relationships. Within the company, Curt focuses his efforts on financial management, treasury functions, project financing, open market sales and special projects.  Additionally, the Development & Construction Tem reports to Curt.  Prior to Curt’s promotion to Chief Financial Officer, Curt served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Corporate Development for Boos including significant day to day project operational responsibility, key account management and oversight of some members of the Boos Real Estate Team.  Prior to joining Boos, Curt spent 15 years managing, sourcing, and delivering large scale consulting projects for Big-4 consulting firms, most recently with Deloitte for more than 10 years. Curt received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
