Curt Neel

Curt Neel serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Boos Development and is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the Company including real estate acquisition & development project management.  Additionally, Curt maintains responsibility for the oversight of Boos’ day-to-day corporate accounting and banking relationships, which include financial management, treasury functions, project financing, open market sales and special projects.  Prior to Curt’s promotion to Chief Operating Officer, Curt served as  Boos’ Chief Financial Officer. Curt is a member of Boos’ Real Estate Investment Committee. Before joining Boos in 2014, Curt spent 15 years managing, sourcing, and delivering large scale consulting projects for Big-4 consulting firms, most recently with Deloitte for more than 10 years. Curt received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
