michael Mallard

As Senior Vice President of Development & Construction, Michael Mallard oversees all due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting, construction and project management functions for Boos on a day-to-day basis, including the management of Boos’ team of Development Project Managers.  Michael is a member of Boos’ Real Estate Investment Committee. Michael has been in the industry for more than 30 years and joined the Boos team in 2010. Prior to working with Boos, he worked for a Civil Engineering firm for 8 years, a general contractor for 4 years and a real estate developer for 4 years. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Moss Department of Construction Management at Florida International University.
