Robert B. "Rob" Boos

Rob Boos serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Boos Development Group and along with his father Bob, Rob is a co-founding principal of the Company.   Rob's primary responsibility is strategic management and oversight of the real estate acquisitions, development and financial functions within the Company as well as long range strategic planning.  Rob serves as the co-chair of Boos’ Real Estate Investment Committee.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Florida State University Herbert Wertheim College of Business and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.  Rob is a member of the Governor’s Florida Council of 100, a long standing member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), a Governing Board Member of the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) and a Board Member of the Florida State University Foundation Board of Trustees.

The Company is headquartered in Clearwater, Florida with regional Florida offices in Miami, Satellite Beach & Vero Beach. Boos also has out-of-state regional offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and Sacramento, California.

The focus of the company is Real Estate Development Services for major national retailer’s users across the United States as well as land & infrastructure development delivering finished lots for DR Horton.  Since 1997, Boos has developed more than 1,200 projects at a total cost in excess of $4B.
